  • Lunch is provided daily 10:00 to 10:30

  • Lesson Plans

    • Teachers of the same class and level are to plan lessons together and assign the same lessons.

    • Most teachers will be on 2 teams, but should not be on more than 3

    • Teams will be developed and organized by the department head

    • Submitted by teams to the administrator as a team document tracking assignments and presentations for each class

  • Two asynchronous postings on M/W or T/Th (posting should represent 45-60 minutes of students work)

    • Posted by 8:00 AM on the day of your asynchronous day (Periods 1-4 = A Day; Periods 5-8 = B Day) 

  • Synchronous meeting minimum one time per A-F cycle required.  All live meetings must use Google Meet (Google Meet Legal FAQs).

  • Duty periods become office hours- availability for students

  • Office hours

    • All office hours required availability of teachers for meetings with students via Google hangout and email responses.

  • Attendance tracked via completed assignments

  • All teachers should create a Google Classroom. 

  • Teachers invite supervising administrators to Google Classrooms

  • Special Education 

    • Teachers video into any synchronous meetings during co-taught periods

    • Plan with co-teachers and supported classrooms, with specific student needs 

  • Discipline

    • Turning off audio by muting a student (students can un-mute themselves)

    • Kicking a student off of a call

    • Schedule a time during office hours to speak with a student

    • Contact home

    • Report via iCampus
