Why create a SEPAC?

A local Special Education Parent Advisory Council, or SEPAC is a district-level, parent-driven group that provides input to the local school district on system-level challenges in special education and related services.

Teamwork and Collaboration

BTSD values parents’ and guardians’ unique experiences, perspectives, and expertise.

The SEPAC will facilitate collaboration with parents, district staff, and community members to improve the education of all children.
