In the 2nd annual contest between Bristol Township middle schools, Armstrong squeaked out a one run victory over Franklin, 8-7. Players from both schools were greeted by Truman Head Coach Brian Sinkiewicz, who encouraged players to compete against one another on the field, but reminded all players that they all belong to the same Truman Baseball family in the future.

Chris collected 2 hits for Franklin with 2 RBI’s and 2 Run Scored at the plate.
Neil Armstrong Middle School - Player of the Game: Brayden Glover
Offensively, Brayden doubled, walked, and stole a base, leading to the first run scored of the game. On the mound, Brayden came in to close the game in the 7th inning collecting two strikeouts. Brayden plans to continue playing baseball at Truman High School next year.
